No drip edge on roof

I brought up this same condition last issue. Fascia wrap and no drip edge funnels water into the house. In this case a ceiling collapsed.

Please stop doing these level rowlocks and window sills!

Level rowlock and window sill will rot house. Rowlocks and window sills should be pitched for water to run away from house, not into the house. This is a source of our repair work. Old houses very rarely have this condition. This practice needs to stop. You may have seen how we fixed this condition here. We didn't repair the rot, just stopped the wall from rotting further.
