Filling cracks on corners.

Hi. My house was bult in New Paltz, NY in 2009. The exterior is stucco: 3/4" plywood/metal lath/scratch coat/second coat/final coat with tint. It looks great except for many, long, 1/8" to 3/16" cracks on the outside corners... I do plan to paint the house next summer, so a poor match between the existing stucco and patched areas is not a problem. i would like advice on how to go about patching these areas.
